Setting the Pace – An Introduction to Ariella Golish

At 24-years-old, our Sales Representative, Ariella Golish, knows what she wants and isn’t afraid of putting in the work to get it. Raised in Boca Raton, FL, she took a risk and moved across the country with no friends or family in tow; this is where her journey at OLN Inc began. Ariella understood that true growth doesn’t exist in her comfort zone and that to reach her full potential, she had to get comfortable being uncomfortable.

“Most of the things you tell yourself are limiting beliefs. You can do anything you put your mind to.”

Ariella is more than a Sales Representative, she’s a natural leader. There are some things that can’t be taught, like her desire to spread positivity and kindness to others; this goes beyond the impact she has on her coworkers at OLN Inc. After graduating from high school, Ariella spent a year living in Jerusalem, where she volunteered at a children’s home, learned about Judaism, and traveled around Israel. One of the things we look for in candidates is someone who is people-focused and Ariella has this in spades.

To say that we are thrilled that she made her way through our doors would be an understatement, and to truly give you an idea of how much we appreciate her work ethic and mindset, we decided to ask her a few questions pertaining to her life, goals, and motivations.

What is your greatest skill?

My greatest skill is persistence and never giving up.

Are you more team-oriented or more independently motivated?

I enjoy working with a team and feeding off each other’s energy. It also makes me feel good when I can help less experienced reps develop.

What values are important to you in a teammate or new hire?

I appreciate hard work, loyalty, honesty, and trust. To build a strong team, we need to be open and honest with each other. Additionally, I would require every teammate to give their complete 110% effort to really see flourishing results.

What is your leadership style?

I definitely expect a lot because I am also willing to give a lot. In terms of a leadership style, I would categorize myself as “pacesetting,” meaning I set the standards high and push my team members to run hard and fast to the finish line.

How do you respond to criticism?

I believe people are just vessels for a message you are supposed to hear. I look less at who it is coming from and more so what message God is trying to tell me right now. What message am I supposed to be receiving right now to grow and to learn to self-actualize and become my best self?

As you can see, Ariella has a strong goal-oriented mindset. We couldn’t agree more that she is a pacesetter and one of the reasons why our company is experiencing continuous growth! Now that we’ve dived a bit into her mindset, let’s see what her thoughts are on her professional life at OLN Inc.

What is your favorite thing about OLN Inc?

My favorite part about the company is the growth aspect. I find what I am learning with OLN far more valuable than what I learned in college. What I learned in college I cannot apply to my daily life; unlike at OLN, Elijah teaches us how to take control of our attitude, tips on being a successful person, how to decipher between a limiting belief versus reality, how to problem solve, and so many more useful tools for the challenges life throws at you.

What drew you to our company in the first place?

Elijah is what drew me to the company. I felt like he genuinely cared about every single one of his employees, and that meant a lot to me.

Are you a planner? What are your short-term and long-term goals?

I am definitely a planner, even though I wish I could be more spontaneous at points. Short-term goal would be to open my own company, and my long-term would be to move to Israel with the rest of my family.

What business advice would you give to people hoping to start a career?

Just make a decision. If it’s not the right one, at least now you know, and you can go try something else, but staying in the same place and avoiding the conflict leads to no growth and will get you nowhere.

Would you recommend this career style to young leaders?

I would 100% recommend this job to anyone who is motivated and willing to put in the work. If you are not working hard for something, easy come easy go, and you will not appreciate the outcome as much.

Who inspires you?

This woman I met many years ago named Pamela. She lives such a holy spiritual life full of selfless giving.

Working under Elijah’s leadership puts our team members at such an advantage, and it is a true testament to Ariellas desire to succeed that she chose to live far from her people and is taking advantage of the opportunity to learn from him. There is nothing that makes us happier than knowing that our team members are driven to be the best version of themselves, and if you get nothing else from this blog, we hope that you gather how truly dedicated Ariella is to her team and goals! She is always looking to connect with top producers and learn every trick they have up their sleeve. In her words,

“I compare my results to weeks before and to people I aspire to be like. If they can do it, so can I.”

There you have it. The quick scoop on Ariella Golish. Currently a Sales Representative at OLN Inc., we are confident that her path is leading her to be a successful business owner. We know that she has the mindset and desire. Now all that’s left is time. She’s putting in the work to build her skills, and we plan on sticking by her side, offering any guidance or assistance needed. She has a record of getting the job done. So, stay tuned, because we’ll be announcing her next promotion before you know it!
