A Look Back at 2019 with OLN Inc

With only a few weeks left in the year, we can’t help but look back at all that we experienced and accomplished in 2019. We have traveled all around the world, been rewarded for our successes on a national level, and worked relentlessly to grow our business. The holiday season is a time for reflection, and that is exactly what we plan on doing throughout this blog. Today, we invite you along as we document the past year and begin planning for our best year yet – 2020! 

What’s one major perk for working at OLN Inc? TRAVEL! Our management team believes that hard work should be rewarded, which is why they give our top performers the opportunity to visit other offices in our region, attend conferences, and relax on tropical beaches as a reward for their productivity. We started the year off in Orlando, preparing for the months ahead with our client and colleagues. Next stop, LA for a retreat at our client’s headquarters. Who could forget our bi-annual conferences in Irvine and our biggest conference this Summer in Atlanta? At each destination, we met new colleagues to learn from, built up our skillsets, and bonded closer as a team! Did you hear that we left the country three times this year?! Our passports are now stamped for Iceland, Mexico, and Ireland, and the memories from those trips will last a lifetime! As we said, we love to travel and can hardly wait to see where we can plant our feet in the new year. Spoiler Alert: we’ve already got Vegas on the books the second week of January!

Any successful business has set goals that they work to accomplish each quarter. Here at OLN Inc, we always want to see gradual growth in our sales performance and team’s development as the year goes on. This way we are consistently matching or exceeding the expectations laid out for us by our client. Luckily, this mindset produced results in 2019! We were recently awarded our client’s third-quarter Campaign Cup. This means that we consistently placed first regarding production, maintained our integrity, and were a resource for other nationally-located offices looking to improve. This accomplishment was HUGE for our team because it served as a daily reminder that consistent hard work will get you to your goals each and every time! 

As you can see, 2019 was full of growth, fun, and accomplishments. Our team knew that in order to have our best year yet, we had to be willing to go the extra mile. This is the same mentality that we are taking into 2020. However, we plan on stepping it up a notch! How? To make 2019 look like our prep year. We are currently putting pen to paper and laying out the goals that we are looking to accomplish and planning out our action items. There is no better time to prepare for the future than the present!

Wow! Can you even believe that we are so close to entering a new decade? Time moves quickly, and we all have to work hard to keep up. Here at OLN Inc, we understand this concept better than most. Our business is very fast-paced and if we don’t maintain our attitudes and continuously grow our skills, we’ll be left in the dust. No worries though! 2020 is shaping up to be full of travel, adventure, and record-breaking success. Here’s to a fantastic new year!
