At OLN Inc, our team members and their talents are the foundation for our success. One such individual who has truly exemplified our values and mission is Carlos Rosa, our esteemed Team Lead. Carlos’s journey with OLN Inc has been nothing short of inspiring, showcasing his relentless dedication, passion, and pursuit to be better than yesterday.

Carlos Antonio Rosa, a native of North East Los Angeles, joined OLN Inc in 2021. At 34 years old, Carlos brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to his role. His path to OLN Inc was marked by diverse experiences, from working as a pharmacy technician to taking on hard labor as a crew chief for a demolition company. Carlos’s varied background also includes roles in property management, retail, and sales with Time Warner Cable (now Spectrum), where he discovered his passion for sales.

This eclectic career path has endowed Carlos with a broad skill set, and resilience that has served him well in the fast-paced environment at OLN Inc. Carlos’s transition to our company during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic showcases his adaptability and drive. Since joining, he has become “addicted to growth” and has rapidly climbed the ranks, currently leading the largest team at OLN Inc, comprising 13 members.

Carlos’s greatest skill lies in leading by example. He is deeply motivated by his family, especially his son and fiancée, and strives to be the best provider he can be. This motivation is evident in his work ethic and his commitment to his team. Carlos’s leadership is characterized by a no-quit attitude, high standards, and a focus on personal growth and development. His ability to stay optimistic in the face of adversity has made him a role model within OLN Inc.

The influence of significant people in Carlos’s life, such as his uncle, who was a pastor, his parents, and his mentor Elijah, has shaped his leadership style. Carlos believes that great leaders seek to understand others and set high standards for themselves and their teams. This philosophy has fostered a positive and collaborative work environment at OLN Inc, where Carlos prioritizes effective communication and transparency.

Carlos’s approach to team building and employee engagement is grounded in creating a fun and competitive culture. He uses one-on-one sessions to understand and address individual issues, collaborating with his mentor, Elijah, to develop strategies for improvement. This personalized approach has helped Carlos maintain a balance between achieving results and ensuring the well-being of his team members.

One of Carlos’s proudest accomplishments at OLN Inc is developing a team member from entry-level to assistant management, a milestone that inspired him to elevate his efforts further. He continues to seek feedback and adapt to changes, always striving to improve and innovate.

Carlos’s commitment to continuous learning and development is reflected in his short-term and long-term goals. He plans to achieve the position of assistant manager by the end of July and aims to open his office by the second quarter of 2025. His dedication to developing young entrepreneurs and his belief that his best is yet to come to demonstrate his unwavering commitment to success.
