It’s summertime and the fun is heating up at OLN Inc! Here in Cali, we’re big believers in having a solid balance of working hard and enjoying life. It’s important not only for the productivity of our team, but also for living a fulfilling life. This is why the leadership team in Carson, CA makes it a priority to set achievement bonuses with the team to reward all of their hard work. The summer isn’t even over yet and the fun seems to be just beginning!
Many of our clients have the same beliefs that we do about rewarding high performance, and recently OLN Inc’s stellar results earned us a day on a Yacht in Marina del Ray! Completely funded by the client, our team was provided with food and drinks all day, while cruising around in style. It was a perfect day with great company. Times like these give coworkers a chance to relax and get to know each other outside of the office. Part of the success of OLN Inc is developing a bond within the team that reaches beyond the office walls.
Another achievement bonus, set by the OLN Inc management team was a weekend getaway to Lake Havasu! The ground rules were set based on individual performance for the months of April and May. With such a focused and driven group, it was no surprise that so many people exceeded the set goals and earned their way to an unforgettable weekend.
Our president rented a 5-bedroom house, complete with a nice grilling area, a downstairs game room with pool tables and ping pong and a sweet infinity pool. Besides enjoying the VIP style accommodations, they also rented two pontoon boats and took advantage of some time on the lake on Saturday. Tubing and cliff jumping proved to be a great way to build team camaraderie. Junkyard burritos on the grille, time in the pool and relishing in each other’s company rounded out an extremely fun, and much deserved, weekend!
With a management team that understands that the happiness of their team directly correlates with the success of the company, there is no limit to the results, and FUN, that the OLN Inc team will achieve this summer and beyond.
