Hard work certainly paid off for the OLN Inc team this weekend. Several months ago, our manager set a company-wide sales goal, with a day-long yacht trip being the carrot. The target was not an easy one to hit; it was intended to encourage the team to step it up even one more notch… and sure enough, we did!
This weekend, the OLN Inc team brought along family members, friends, and significant others, and spent the day sailing along the Newport Beach harbor. There’s nothing like the site of beautiful multimillion dollar mansions for some big picture inspiration! The team enjoyed a full-service yacht with a captain, bartender, and music.
After this experience, next time our manager throws out a challenge, you can bet that the team will be motivated!
